Since 2001, Chou Chou has been committed to the highest standards of excellence as a small retail boutique.  Our loyal customers have really put us on the map and make us so proud to continue to be in business –always evolving to meet their ever changing needs.  One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to excellent and personalized customer service.  Our favorite experience is when we encourage a customer to try a new style or designer – basically to think outside of her box – she trusts us and takes a risk, and comes back the next week to tell us how many compliments she received on her new outfit!  Those moments are what give us great joy.   

Competing with the convenience of online giants is, however, always hard, and presents small retailers with challenges – But we believe that the internet can never give the customer that special feeling of “special”. We know our customers, their families, and their specific needs and wants.  We genuinely care about how they are doing and what shoes and clothing would best suit them.  You can’t replicate that kind of personal experience online. 

We wouldn’t be anywhere without our customers and we believe that in this day and age, no request is too big or small -  we take pride in going the extra mile for our customers and always want to make sure she feels special and loved, no matter what.
